Mentoring a New Generation for Life

MK Camp
Two Sessions: June 28-July 4 or July 7-13, 2017
Registration begins November 1, 2016

MK Camp gives missionary kids the opportunity to connect with other MKs in a fun, adventurous, and spiritually significant environment.  Activities like rock climbing, canoeing, archery, nature adventures and beach volleyball challenge their courage, test their teamwork skills, and provide common experiences to foster discussion with counselors and roommates. Large group games and freetime give campers a chance to build friendships that can continue throughout the year. At the end of the day campers are blessed to join the praise band in worshiping God, and they are offered Biblical reminders and insights to encourage them to grow!

"We just wanted to tell you again how FULL of gratitude our hearts have been for all you did to make it possible for our son to go to the MK camp. That was such a beautiful answer to prayer in our lives and such a wonderful gift from the Lord at this particular juncture....We have thanked God over and over for the gift of that special week at camp for our son. Your ministry to MKs is so vital ... and we are deeply grateful for you."

Dave Sterken: Program Director

I am looking forward to going to back to Croatia this summer!  I am a teacher in Michigan, and I look forward to these opportunities to serve at camp.  I love sharing God's word and watching the campers learn to work together.

Johann David Go: Assistant Program Director

As a fellow MK/TCK, I am excited to serve with DPB as your assistant program director. Growing up in the Philippines, I didn’t get the chance to go to an MK camp until college. I was truly blessed by those times and can’t wait to bless those that come through each year. I studied sports ministry at Moody Bible Institute and recently moved to Croatia as a SEND International worker.  Some of my passions include water sports, coffee, puzzles, board games, and young people.  I can’t wait to share God’s love and Word to the campers as we journey together this summer.
